Returns & Refunds
All products in our store are made to order, which means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- A clear photo of the item
- A description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- A free replacement (reprint)
- A refund
Please note:
- You do NOT need to return the damaged product
- Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted
Production Tolerances
Minor differences in print placement, color, or size (up to industry tolerance levels) are not considered defects.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
